Adjustments on Multiple Images

I just updated my Lightroom Classic to the newest version, and I've lost some basic functionality that I used to have. I used to be able to select say 10 images, set them all to a specific rating, click Auto tone, or change the saturation for all. Now, when I select 10 images, and do any of those adjustments, it only adjusts one image. I know I can Copy specific settings, and paste onto specific images, but honestly it's so much more time consuming. How do I reclaim this function? I'm using version 10.3

Turn on AutoSync at lower right corner of Develop module. Note that there is also an AutoSync button for Library - these two options work independently.
