Hello community,

I would like to open a photo from DJI osmo with lightroom but I don't know why I can't. It's a DNG format. I tried right clic open with... lightroom and I have this page.

I can't pick the picture that I want to import and develop with lightroom.

I try to work on the third picture in the snapshot.

Do you have an idea to help me?

If the photo is already in a folder or on the desktop you should be able to add it.

But is it already in the catalog?

Try searching for the file name from All Photographs.

When the photo is greyed out like that, the most likely cause (actually the only cause I know of) is that you have previously imported this photo into your LR catalog. So, you need to search for it by clicking on "All Photographs" and searching for it by file name.

If LR truly couldn't read this DNG, the symptoms would be different.
