Adobe Photoshop Neural Filter (skin smoothing) not available as plugin for Lightroom Classic

I have updated both Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop to the latest versions. I'm finding in my workflow that when I take an image from Lightroom Classic to Photoshop that not all of the Neural Filters are  working properly or are not available, particularly the Skin smoothing function in the Neural Filters. Is this a bug or do I need to re-install plugin?

You can't reinstall the plugin because it comes as an integral part of Photoshop. You would have to reinstall Photoshop itself. Is the filter not available at all, or do you have problems with how it works?
