After applying Denoise, a lot of noise appears in the photo.

You haven't confused the meaning of the word Denoise? I need to remove noise, not add it. To remove noise, do I need to press Noise? Everything was working before, what did you do to this feature?

You need to be more specific. Instead of just posting a rant, explain what you are doing. Give version numbers, file types, etc. The more info you give, the more likely it will be that somebody can give you a satisfactory answer to solve your problem.

Hey @Paul_Gringo

Johan said: "You need to be more specific. Instead of just posting a rant, explain what you are doing. Give version numbers, file types, etc"

You didn't do any explaining as he asked. You didn't tell us what file type you are using or your OS version number.

In addition, I am requesting the following:

We need to see a screen capture of the original zoomed 1:1 so we can see the noise level of the original photos, and we need to see a screen capture of the same photo after you run AI Denoise zoomed 1:1. We don't want that tiny thumbnail in the DeNoise section, the images in Loupe mode zoomed 1:1.

And we don't want more rants. Thank you.

What I see here does not look like noise to me. The pattern is way too regular to be noise. That makes it very important to know the camera, because this could be a pattern that is caused by some incompatibility in the demosaicing of the raw files. I would also like to know what the subject in the photo is, to rule out the possibility that this pattern is in the subject itself.

Panasonic s5 sigma 24-70 II. But the problem must be sought in the updates. After all, everything worked before, I clicked Deniose and was very pleased with the result. What happened now after the updates? Do you need a full screenshot of the program?

What did you photograph? Like I said, this pattern does not look like noise to me. It's too course and above all too regular to be digital noise. Noise is random, this is a clear pattern. Without more info my guess would be that this pattern is part of the subject you photographed, and by removing the digital noise of the camera it becomes more apparent. That is why it seems that Denoise causes it, but what really happens is that Denoise reveals it. It's also worth looking at your other edits. Maybe they cause or exaggerate this.
