But when I foce lightroom close and repoen, files have imported and library preview is ok.

The issus just happen when after import file.

I have record a video, and hope you can help me, thanks a lot

A preference reset is a good place to start:

This procedure works for both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Desktop.

If you are using Lightroom Desktop it can change the location of your local storage. Please review this setting after resetting preferences.

Reset Procedure:

1. Close Lightroom.

2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.

3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.

4. Close Lightroom.

5. Restart Lightroom.

Watching your video, it doesn't look like you wait very long after recieving the Loading Bezel. If you leave it on the folder where you imported the single image for a long time, do the previews ever populate? If so, how long do they take?

Hi Rikk, yesterday I import one image and wait.... after 2 hours, the library preview still nothing until I force close lightroom classic and reopen it.
I think preview is already finished, but somehow it just can not work normally...

The next step I would take - clean reinstall of Lightroom.

Clean Lightroom Install Procedure

Close Lightroom

Restart the computer

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud App to uninstall Lightroom

Restart the computer

Install Lightroom via the Creative Cloud App without launching any other programs.

Restart the computer

Launch Lightroom

Wait 5 minutes

Hi Rikk, I have Reinstall Lightroom as your comment.

And I find something...

When I import files after reinstall Lightroom with a NEW CATALOG FILE, it seems ok nothing wrong happen.

But I import files after reinstall Lightroom with OLD CATALOG FILE, the same problem happen.

So, I think maybe the issue is due to my catalog file, it used for a long time. (from Lr CC to Lr class)

In that case, I would recommend contacting support and have them perform a catalog repair on a copy of your old catalog. There may be a structural problem that needs to be fixed.

Things you could try:

  1. Restoring from a backup
  2. Importing your Old Catalog into a New Catalog (note that some items do not import (e.g. Publish Services)
  3.  Repair your catalog through support

As I've said above, the last option is probably the best.

Dont forget to follow the directions for the Security and Privacy settubgs when you do the reinstall. MacOS 11 has some new requirements there.
