AI people recognition

Hello comminity. 
Please help me to solve the problem with AI recognition in Lightroom CC 
when i start developing my photoes and i wanna use the mask with the AI people recognition tool - it can't find any people on it. but the picture is clear with 1 person on it and blank background. if i try to use a mask with Sky AI recognition - the system makes some changes and works. the problem is with exactly people recognition....

Thanks for your fast answer. it doesn't work with any picture i try to develop. 
i will show now for ex.

a month ago when i was using some older version of Lightroom CC it worked properly, but after i bought new subscription and installed the newest version -  it doesn't work at all

also i need to add that it doesn't work any way
1. Export without any presets - open mask - people find - no people found.

2 way 
Export with preset with masking. in last version of Lightroom i used to open masking  and make the update of AI serch  and everything worked properly. now i try this way also. it doesn't work also. pic attached

My LR 14.1.1 / Mac does a good job with the Person mask on your sample photo:

Most problems with LR's AI commands are caused by older, buggy graphics drivers. Try updating your graphics driver by going directly to the manufacturer's web site:

If that doesn't help, please copy/paste here the entire contents of the LR menu command Help > System Info -- that will let us see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
