An Internal Error has Occurred

In LR Classic Release 10.3, Big Sur v11.4 I got the following dropdown while attemting to publish a modified image to SmugMug.....

An Internal Error Has Occurred

recordPublishedPhotoUrl: must be called after recordPublishedPhotold

The image will not publish, can anyone decipher the message?
