An internal Error has occurred.

Morning All,  I keep get this error message in LR. It happens when I try to sync my cloud photos with a new catalog. Is this fixable ?

    As you're getting an internal error, could you please let us know which version of Lightroom are you using?
    Also, which operating system are you working on?
