Backing up presets and the custom names that I changed?

On a Mac, after installing all of my presets, and changing the names of the presets within LR, how can I do a backup of everything so I can transfer my presets to another Mac so they install and display in the exact same way on the other computer?

I found info online how to backup the folder containing the presets, though what about the names that I changed within LR for the presets?

Thanks in advance

The names and groupings are stored within the xmp format preset files, so as long as you hunt down all the potential locations, you should be all set.
