BAD INDEX OFFSET ARRAY pop up when I try to run lightroom classic book module

New Here ,

I am getting a pop up with bad index offset array with only option to press OK, book module does not run after that.  It works fine on both my other windows 11 laptop and MacBook?

Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delay in responding.

OK so I tried reset preference and still I get the error.  I have also done a complete clean and reinstall of the entire suite using the adobe cleaner tool and it still did not solve it.

But....a temporary work around is if I sign out of my windows user account and back in it then works.   So my suspicion is the error is OS related but I would still like to find a solution.

Good morning, I got the same problem the exact moment i installed drive for pc (google drive desktop) to facilitate my work with clients videos, I rerun the pc and made sure drive was "off" and it worked, opened it again and closed premiere, same bad index problem so if you have it on your pc try uninstalling it, hope this helps

i happened to do the absolute anything to solve the problem from uninstalling to whatever you can possibly think of, and it came out that a windows update well mixed with multiple softwares like Pr, AME and more like obs, drive desktop ecc could have lead to a bug that corrupted some files... find the update that "ruined" it and where all started, uninstall it and install the previus version, that fixed it all for me, hope it does the same to you
