I uploaded a softcover book to blurb, then changed the cover and reuploaded, then changed from softcover to hardcover and reuploaded. I have done this many times in the past with no issue. However, this time, only the first upload has all the pictures, the other versions have many blank pages.
Blurb says it is my responsibility to ensure that every book is showing as expected, and shame on me, I didn't - I relied on Lightroom Classic uploading books consistently. I will obviously no longer rely on Lightroom for repeatability.
Have seen multiple posts on this issue, none brought to resolution.
Does Adobe have anything to say about this? How do I escalate this issue? I have a few hundred dollars worth of useless photo books.
