In photoshop I can adjust "Brush Spacing". To be clear, I am talking about the space between blotches (dots) of paint as a brush is stroked across the canvas (see attachments).
Lightroom does not appear to have an adjustment for this (I cant find it). It automatically applies about a 50% Brush Spacing.
How can I remove the spacing for an even flow?

Hi. I am not sure about the actual dots between blotches for the brush tool in LR. I suspect the brush tool in PS might be a bit more sophisticated than the one in LR. Having said that, I most often prefer to work in LR as the brushes often do a better job for me. The brushes are controlled by the feathering, flow and density as well as the slider numbered setting. You could use a white background image and put a color on or use the Exposure setting on a background where you can see what it actually does. I recommend that you use a plain background image in LR and experiment with these settings to see if the brushes will work for you. You can read up on what each setting does in the LR Adobe help manual. One of the things that I really like about the LR brush tool, over the PS brushes tool, is that I can easily alter the slider setting after the fact.

Lightroom-Classic Brushes do not have any "Brush Spacing" whatsoever.
If you are seeing "50% spacing" (your description) then you are probably seeing the result of 'Auto Masking'. This option, when set, controls the Brush so that it only adjusts pixels of the same tone (luminance?) to those that were under the Brush cursor when you first [left-clicked] to activate the Brush. This can be helpful when painting along a contrasty edge, but can also create annoying 'dots' if the area painted is highly detailed.
