Can’t import

I'm a new to photography and editing software, I was using Lightroom until someone showed me LRC, I payed for the subscription and all that and now I can't use it at all.. I keep getting 

some import operations were not performed 

Could not copy a file to the destination folder because it is not writable.

if anyone could give a suggestion it would be very appreciated.

this is not a Mac book, I believe it's windows.

You are trying to import the photos so that they are stored in a specific folder, and you do not have write permission to that folder in your operating system.

Please check the permissions on the Destination Folder, or change to a different folder where you do have write access.

In the screen capture, the Destination Panel is shown, the arrow points to the folder where my photos will be stored, the highlighted folder for you can be different.
