Can't see LRc V12.3 on creative cloud desktop

Hi I am currently curring LRc 12.2.1 and PS 24.3. I want to check out the new AI noise reduction in LRc but when I go to the creative cloud I am told I am up to date and V12.2.1 is the latest. How do I access V12.3?

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Look for updates there, as shown below (in German, shows the same in every language):

There are no updates shown. See below. Then when I look specifically at LRc I can only see V12.2.1 as Latest Version.

Sometimes the CC App requires a bit of coaxing. You can often force updates to appear by clicking on the CC App Help menu then 'Check for Updates'. 

 

You could also try signing out then back into your Adobe account.

 

If above doesn't help, then use the Uninstall option (shown in your second screenshot) to remove your current version. You should then be able to install the most recent version as shown in attached screenshot.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did try the all, one by one in the order you suggested. After deleting LrC I did install a new version from the Windows version of the page you showed. But, alas, when I opened the new LrC it was still V12.2.1.

What is your exact version of Windows 10, your CPU and GPU, RAM .... Systeminformation from the Help menu?

That shouldn't have been a problem I thought as according to what I can find in the Adobe website the system requirements are unchnaged since I think Oct 22. But, I contacted Adobe and they identified the problem as being the anti-virus. Why I have no idea. Anyway the Adobe tech managed to get me updated a couple of hours ago. Sorry, I meant to update this post but I have been on the roof cleaning gutters whilst it's daylight. Thanks for your ideas.
