Can't update capture date after last update

Before the most recent update, I was able to change the capture date of an image in LR. Now, that option has dissapeared. Please reinstate the ability to change the capture date, or if it's done another way, explain how it can be done now.

That hasn't changed.  From the Library module, click Metadata --> Edit Capture Time in the menu bar.
