Cannot tether my Nikon D750 on my MacBook Pro in Lightroom Classic

I'm trying to tether my Nikon D750 in Lightroom classic on a MacBook Pro 2021 model. The native version of lightroom does not support tethering and I am having to try to tether in Rosetta/emulation mode.

I have checked the documentation for supported cameras and my camera is supported and the firmware on my camera is up to date.

I cannot tether in lightroom whichever mode I choose.

Nikon plug-ins are all installed correctly I would appreciate any assistance with this problem.

Auto updates do not always work, they should, but, please what is your LrC version?

I have solved this issue, sort of. It appears I have to wait for 2.5 minutes before Lightroom/Mac accepts the camera. I have tethered for years and never had this issue before. Today was was the first time I tethered to the new M1 max MacBook Pro. Tethering does not work in the native mode and Lightroom restarted in Rosetta. I can only assume the issue is with Lightroom not being fully updated to work natively with certain features. Thanks for the assistance...

What version of Lightroom Classic are you running? LRC does support the tethering of the Nikon D750.

Hi Russkeyuk, I am experiencing the same problem with my Nikon Z6. and macbook pro 2021. I waited for a while and then gave up and got my old computer to work with. Can you tell me what steps you took?

Thanks in advance.
