I go to the Lightroom Publishing Manager, where there is a button to Authorize a connection to my Flickr account. I click that button, I am taken to Flickr, click there to authorize, return to Lightroom Publishing Manager, and nothing happens. At the bottom of the message it says, "Can't save changes: You haven't logged in to Flickr yet."
I used to upload to Flickr for decades using Jeffrey Friedl's Lightroom uploader, so easy, now they have gone out of business, why can't Adobe do something similar?
OK, solved the problem, I use Chrome and Chrome had blocked all of Friedl's links for lack of security. Once I switch to Bing I was able to regain access. Thanks!

Did you read that or did Friedl tell you? I don't see any mention of that on his Flickr plugin page, and the last version was release end of January.
