A window prompted I fill in my credentials and then nothing happened.. getting back to main display nad nothing. Plz help itz frustrating. TrieD even reinstalling all Adobe soft and its still not syncing...
Hi Filip,
This is what I had suspected. Based on your information, you are using Lightroom CC 2015
However, sync works only from versions CC 2015.5 and above.
You would need to upgrade the Lightroom version.
I will contact the customer support team, and they would be able to help you out on updating the version.
Thanks,
Arjun

Hi Filip,
If the Lightroom version is lesser than CC 2015.5 , then the signing in to Lightroom mobile does not work.
You would need to upgrade Lightroom for it to work. Latest available version is CC 2015.10.1
Thanks,
Arjun

I'm afraid it's not an answer to my issue since all my adobe apps are up to date - I've installed them all yesterday. I've seen that not only my station has this issue. I tried to configure another windows user account and its still not working. Please guide me through any next step. I've bought this adobe photo subscription in this specifical purpose - being able to work on my files on PC and iPad pro both then this feature is kind of key one for me.
For now - everytime I press "Sign in" - nothing happens. I can go to preferences and lightroom mobile tab and only option i have there is "join" and it sends me to your main commercial webpage.. Its annoying. Moreover in the log below there is a Windows 8.1 stated and it's even more confusing since I have Windows 10 in my system info.
Looking forward to any solution.

It keeps saying in the Creative Cloud that I'm up to date. Is it possible to download specific (the latest one) version?

The link I posted earlier has the update link for LR CC 2015.10.1 download and run the installer it will update the version you have installed. You do not have to uninstall the version presently installed. (the update is a patch not the complete application)

"Actualization failed. If you want to actualize on your PC please contact with admin. Updates were stopped by admin."
As long as I'm admin on my pc its kind of weirdness. I've tried to right click on it and "run as admin" but no effect.
