captura conectada al equipo, no trae las imagenes

I need to use the option to photograph from my PC with a camera connected to the equipment from LRC.
It connects well, I can take the shot, but the photo remains in the camera, it is never transferred to the PC.
I filed an incident with Adobe but they can't find a solution.
If this happened to someone and they were able to solve it, please tell me how to do it and I will be more than grateful!
I have a Dell notebook and a Canon 60d with the latest version of LRC.

Have you been able to successfully shoot with the camera tethered to Lightroom Classic before? Are you getting any error messages? Can you post a screenshot of the Tether Settings dialog box?

Several key bits of info missing, please provide:

• LrC version (13/.1??)
• Windows OS version
• Camera make/model
