No. Lightroom for mobile runs on iPad. It interacts with Lr and Lr Classic on your Mac. It interacts with Lr Classic on your Mac in that photos loaded into Lr on iPad will sync with Lr and Lr Classic on your Mac. If you delete a photo on your iPad you will get a warning that it will be deleted everywhere. This is not true. It will be deleted from Lr on your Mac, but the full-resolution version will remain in Lr Classic.
