Corrupt Lightroom Catalog

My Lightroom CC Classic catalog has become corrupt and can't be repaired by Lightroom.

Is there anything that can be done?

Do you make backups? If so, the best solution is to replace the corrupt catalog by a backup, even if that means you'd have to redo some recent work.

I have a backup, but would prefer not to redo all the work if possible.

Backup is a week old.

I now backup every exit of LR.
