Crop Tool - Closes when trying to use toggles

My Crop Tool  - Keeps closing out whenever I try to choose any of the toggles...this is very frustrating...

2nd Issue is that I'm not sure what version I'm using....I'm currently making sure everything is updating (why aren't they automatically updating???)

To find out what version you're running, go to the Help->About LIghtroom menu item.

What toggles are you talking about?

Hal,

I suspect the OP is referring to 8 markers around the edge of the crop frame.

Also, I think you might have meant 'Help > System Info' rather than 'About Lightroom'.

where exactly do I find what version...in Lr, my Adobe Account (it shows 2 versions - LrCC (2015) & LR ClassicCC

What operating system is installed on your computer?

As far as I know there really isn't a LR CC 2015.14. That is unless for some reason the operating system on your computer can't run the new LR Classic CC but I don't think that is the case. If your computer can run LR CC 2015.14 then it can run LR Classic CC Version 7.1

Open LR, go to the Help menu item, click on System Info and post the version number listed.

First thing to try for your original problem is to turn off the GPU option in the LR Preference on the Performance tab.

any of them...the arrows to pull/crop smaller...the rocking toggle...all of them...I try to click on them it closes...
