Develop Module Problem

When I try to work on an image in the Develop Module all I see is a series of horizontal lines.  I can send the image to Photoshop and work on it there.  This started when I updated to CC Classic 2019.

        Thanks. Facing the same issue and solved by disabling the "Use Graphic Processor." from preferences.
