I can only think I must have accidently done this but I can't see how to put it back.
All my switch toggles in the develop panel are off and I have to manually turn it back on for each image.
Is there a "apply to all" keyboard shortcut to turn these on/off?

Thanks you very much, this does fix the issue.
One thing I did do before turning autosync on and off was to make sure I went into Sync first and syncronized with nothing selected.
I'm guessing if I had any adjustments selected they would have been applied when autosync was turned on?

Auto Sync only copies changes you make while it is enabled, not previously made changes.
