Mac OS Sequoia 15.6.1
PureRaw 5.3.1
Camera OM-5 MarkII
Lightroom Classic 14.5.1, Camera Raw 17.5
I’m using Lightroom Plug-in Extras to transfer a file to PureRaw for processing and then the DNG is exported back to Lightroom.
The original ORF file has the profile – Adobe Color. When the DNG is automatically imported back into Lightroom the profile has changed to Adobe Standard and there is a message: !Profile missing. The profile browser only has four options: Adaptive Color, Adaptive B&W, Color and Monochrome. It is missing all of the Adobe and Camera matching choices usually available. In the lefthand panel under Presets, the preset I had used to import the original ORF file is now greyed out and in italics.
At the beginning of September, I was using my Olympus OMD em5 mark III together with PureRaw 5 and did not have this problem. All of the profiles were available for my camera after the DNG was imported. Then 2 weeks ago I upgraded to an OM-5 MarkII and this happens.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the latest versions of both PureRaw 4 (14.12.86.0) and 5 (5.3.1), which are both supposed to support my OM-5 MarkII to no avail.
I don’t know if this is a Lightroom or DxO issue. Both say they support my camera.

Probably it's most efficient to contact Dxo support directly. But if you want help from this forum without playing an extended 20 questions, share both the original file sent from LR to Dxo and the DNG returned by Dxo. Upload it to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar free service and post the sharing link here. With those, we can see what's going wrong where.

I have been in contact with DxO support and their reply was:
To answer your query, When you process your OM-5 Mark II files through PureRAW, Lightroom shows “Profile missing” because Adobe hasn’t added full camera profiles for that camera yet.
PureRAW sends back a linear DNG, and Lightroom falls back to Adobe Standard with only a few basic profile choices.
Any edits you make in Lightroom before exporting are also reset, because PureRAW gives you a fresh file to start from.
Once Adobe updates Lightroom/Camera Raw with OM-5 Mark II profiles, the missing options will appear again.

Dxo support is mistaken on two counts.
1. The OM-5 Mark II was supported in LR Classic as of LR 14.5. (Adobe's list of supported cameras is mistaken about that, and I will file a separate bug report.) You can see that the camera is supported by the fact that you can import the ORF file into LR 14.5 (and 14.5.1) and see the full list of Adobe and Camera Matching profiles in Develop.
2. The Exiftool utility shows the DNG created by Dxo contains the wrong value for EXIF:UniqueCameraModel:
[EXIF] Unique Camera Model : OM Digital Solutions OM-5MkII
When I use Exiftool to set it to the correct value (copied from the ORF):
$ exiftool -m -m -exif:uniquecameramodel="OM Digital Solutions OM-5 Mark II" MadeiraTest_DxO_DeepPRIME\ XD2s.dng
and reimport the DNG into LR, it now shows with profile Adobe Color, and the profile browser shows all the Adobe and Camera Matching profiles, the same as for the ORF.
You can ask Dxo support to send me an address where I can send my invoice 😆

Thank you John for your help. I have now passed this on to DxO and fingers crossed there will be a quick fix. I will let you know how this progresses.
