Hi,
A very simple thing: in the Develop module, if one or several masks need to be updated, a red dot appears on the mask symbol.
Instead of having to open the mask panel, right click on a mask and select update in the menu, it would be nicer and faster to right click on the mask symbol and update without having to open the panel.
Thanks

Thank you Rikk, I didn't see this line. But a right-click could be also available... 🙂

I would love to have a little button next to the masks button, that is greyed out when normally, but if AI masks need to be updated, it becomes highlighted, so all I have to do is click the button.

If you do not have the masking panel up, you will see this:
That red dot indicates changes were mad. Clicking on the dot accomplishes exactly squat.
If you have the masking panel open, you will see this:
Clicking on the Update All button will accomplish the updates.

Some options to make updating AI masks easier:
- The keyboard shortcut Opt Cmd U / Alt Ctrl U invokes the menu command Update AI Settings.
- In Library, you can select many photos and do Photo > Develop Settings > Update AI Settings (or use the keyboard shortcut). That will quickly skip over photos that don't need updating. In my catalog, it skipped over 1800 photos in 10 seconds.
