Erro no Modo Revelação

Boa noite! Estou tendo um problema quando eu vou editar alguma foto no modo revelação, as fotos aparecem com várias linhas coloridas e não sei o que fazer.

Alguém já teve esse problema?

What version of Lightroom Classic are you working on? I can see multiple images in the filmstrip that appear to have a similar thumbnail. Does this happen to all the images in the catalog, or is a specific range/set of images affected?

Try these steps:

• Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

Estou utilizando a versão 12.0.1 do Lightroom Classic, então acontece com várias fotos sem uma ordem de intervalo.

Eu já experimentei desativar o processador gráfico mas não resolveu o problema.

É possível que a causa seja o leitor de cartão de memória ou até mesmo o cartão de memória?

Your screenshots show it happening with some photos but not others.  That suggests its a hardware problem: the memory card, the card reader, a failing disk.  If you have access to LR running on another computer, try the memory card there.

Eu testei hoje o leitor e o cartão de memória em outro computador e não apresentou problema algum, as fotos não tiveram esse efeito. O Problema seria no notebook então? alguma sugestão de como solucionar?

The appearance of the images seems to indicate a hard drive problem. It could be just a few sectors, or worse. I would make sure the entire hard drive is backed up before making any further changes. You may need to replace the drive.
