Hola, tengo problemas con IA Regenerativa al intentar borrar contenido de la imagen. El error que muestra es el siguiente:

Tengo los drivers de mi GPU actualizados y la última versión de Lightroom, esto pasa desde hace tiempo, pero ya se torna molesto. Alguno tiene alguna posible solución o algo que pueda orientarme?

Sometimes firewalls and anti-malware / anti-virus utilities incorrectly block some network requests from LR and cause this error message. Try these troubleshooting steps:

- Temporarily disable all the firewall / anti-malware on your computer. If that solves the problem, then add a specific exclusion for LR to the firewall'

Sometimes firewalls and anti-malware / anti-virus utilities incorrectly block some network requests from LR and cause this error message. Try these troubleshooting steps:

- Temporarily disable all the firewall / anti-malware on your computer. If that solves the problem, then add a specific exclusion for LR to the firewall's rules.

- Connect to another network, preferably one serviced by a different ISP. E.g. a Wifi connection of a neighbor, a coffee shop, work, or your phone's hotspot. Sometimes the routers in these networks block LR's requests, especially in authoritarian countries like China.

 

- Try relaunching the Finder -- start Finder, click the Finder menu, and do Quit Finder. Someone reported that this solved this problem for him.

 

Please let us know which of these work and which don't.

Glad you got it resolved. Are you using Microsoft Defender or a third-party product? There have been many such reports like yours, and ideally Adobe would approach the firewall vendor(s) and ask them to correct this.

That's the nature of security products. They look at the behavior of individual programs and the sites they connect to.  Defender is clearly mistaken in thinking that Lightroom is a threat, and Adobe should contact them to update their rules.

Hola, a mí me pasa lo mismo. ¿Cómo lo resolviste? Agregué la regla al firewall de Windows, pero no resolvió el problema. ¿O debería hacerlo directamente desde Windows Defender? Por el momento lo estoy usando con el firewall desactivado.

Hola! En la configuración avanzada del Firewall de Windows Defender (es el default de Windows), fui a "Reglas de salida" en el menú de la izquierda, y ahí agregué una nueva regla para Ligthroom. Para eso, fui a la opción "Nueva regla", seleccioné "Programa" busqué la ruta de acceso del ejecutable de Ligthroom, luego seleccioné "Permitir la conexión", puse como nombre "Ligthroom" y lo elegí para todas las redes.

Thanks for writing, you know I did the steps but it didn't work for me, but if I disable the outbound rule... it picks it up perfectly... I'm thinking that I think there's a host .txt that I can modify and put the Adobe connection IPs manually, it seems to me that there's something like that... that I can't find...
