Error Message in Lightroom??

Have to current issues.  Ist, out of no where I started getting the error message " Can't establish contact with out going server"  when I try to send photos by email.  This started about 3 weeks ago does not relate to any thing that I changed to warrant this message.

2nd As of yesterday I can no longer attach a photo to an email.  Email template will come up but not with the photo that I want to attach?

Thanks for your reply. I tried the suggestion but still cannot get I to

work. Now I have the problem of not being able to attach a LR photo to an

What version? Please answer this by the following method.

In Lightroom, clcik on Help, clcik on System Information, Clcik on Copy. Paste first 12 or so lines into your reply

DO NOT reply with "I have the latest"

DO NOT reply with v 8.1

DO NOT reply with 2018

Basically members can have the wrong info on what version they have, (they keep it up to date and have no idea that the software failed to update) the wrong info on what version they are running (multiple versions on computer)

Also, this method will show us LR version, License status (looking out for License:Unknown, bad) and OS version,

Hmm, please excuse if this gets posted twice, iPad internet issues

So, version verified, OS verified, license status verified, and moving on

a few diagnostics.

1. Bring up the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application, If you are not signed in, fix that, and see what happens.

if you were already signed in, then sign out, sign back in, watch for any error messages, see what happens.

2. Bring up Adobe.com and sign in, bring up the manage account section, watch for errors, This to see if your account is having issues.
