Are these discounts, in particular the Dropbox 50% off applicable and  active as long we stay on as a subscription member to Adobe creative cloud and is applicable to residents of countries outside US?

Hello, I am trying to activate the Skillshare discount offered with my individual CC membership. It did not work so I have been messaging with Skillshare support. They claim it is only available for Teams accounts. On CC this is not made clear at all and there is no direct code to input. Can you advise on this? Thank you.
