Export screen too large

When I go to export, I can't get to the bottom of page to hit ok or export and can't find anyway to resize page. Thanks for any help.

Please provide which operation system and programs do you use? Which version is installed? The latest patches and updates are installed?

lightroom through adobe cloud  on a pc everything up to date

You can resize the export dialog by clicking and dragging from the top edge.

Then move it up, and you will se the buttons at the bottom.

Tried that it doesn't work, its like there is no room to move it
