Export settings for Instagram

I'm sorry if this question seems obvious but I did plenty of research and still couldn't find the answer. Does anyone know the best lightroom export settings for insta? Because I have seen many photographers that have very high res images on their insta but then when you try to save them they turn out very bad quality, same if anyone tries to screenshot them.

I export to Instagram pretty much the same as I do for any JPG. I don't do anything special.

Tell us your export settings, and also if you are doing the export from Lightroom Mobile, or Lightroom itself.

Also tell us the exact details about how you are uploading to Instagram.

Instagram needs are pretty basic.

color space = sRGB

max width = 1080 pixels

max length = 1350 pixels

Note: these sizes may not be the sizes you will actually see when viewing the image on Instagram.
