Exporting Slide Show to Video

I'm running LR CC on a MacBook Pro using macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and I am trying to export a slide show as a video. After asking for a name, etc. the process will begin but then quickly hangs up and will not advance. I can play the slide show fine from with in LR, but when I try to export, it hangs up. I am suspecting it's a problem using a music file from my library in iTunes, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else had this problem?

hola. llevo varios meses que me pasa lo mismo. estoy también buscando información. resulta que en baja calidad para dispositivos móviles me deja, pero en 720p y superior se queda bloqueado. He probado sin música y me pasa lo mismo. Lo unico, que si lo hago con menos fotografías, resulta que si funciona. debe de ser algo que bloquea pero no se el que.

I know it's not Ideal but perhaps it will work.

He realizado lo que hace en el video y no me ha servido. he probado con otras versiones antiguas, con las que antes me funcionaba bien y tampoco. Me he puesto ya varias veces en contacto con el servicio oficial de adobe por telefono y solo me dicen que escalan el problema a los tecnicos, que saben que existe ese problema pero que aun no lo han podido solucionar. asi que me quedo con lo mismo. nada. Muchas gracias por tu interes
