It is nice being back on lightroom after leaving following LR 5 and the move to the subscription service. There are other options out there but none put it all together with photo management and editing in one package as well as LRC.
I remember the early days beta testing along with Aperature - and buying books for each lightroom version. I enjoyed the books as much for the photgraphy as the lightoom content. Books by authors like Martin Evening; Mikkel Aaland; Scott Kelby and Victoria Bramption.
I assume I am not the only one that has amassed a collection over the years. I still have a soft spot for the Photoshop Lightroom Advenuture from 2007. Anyone else have a favourite?
Cheers!

Martin Evening’s books were some of the best, but are no longer updated because sadly, Martin passed away.
I haven’t read Mikkel Aaland but my impression is that he would probably write a good book.
Victoria Bampton’s books may be your best current option, because they are comprehensive, detailed, easy to read, and they are still constantly updated. They’re great for looking up stuff when I can’t remember exactly how something is supposed to work.

I was out of the loop, no idea Martin had passed, a big loss and far too young. RIP
appreciate the update Conrad. Thanks.
