Fehlermeldung beim Maskieren

Moin,

seit Kurzem kommt beim Auswählen der Masken "Himmel auswählen" und "Motiv auswählen" eine Fehlermeldung:

Warnung

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten

Es ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten und deine Anfrage konnte nicht abgeschlossen erden.

 

Ein Auswählen des Himmels bzw. des Motives in der Maske ist somit nicht mehr möglich.

 

Hat noch jemand das Problen?

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

 

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message or an screenshot. 

 

What has been changed on your system before the error occur?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Your problem has occurred for many users who have computers, mostly laptops, with only a integrated video controller and no discrete graphics processor. Especially if the driver is old. Some of these users state that the computer manufacturer does not have newer drivers to install.

So 21H2, Intel might not have a new driver specific to 22H2, but I think they do for 21H1, at it is newer than 22.20.16.4691.

Problem gelöst!

 

Ich habe in den Einstellungen festgestellt, dass meine zweite Grafikkarte deaktiviert war. Nach der Aktivierung hat auch die Maske wieder funktioniert!

 

vielen dank an eure tipps. ich hätte wohl sonst nicht damit gerechnet das es an der Grafikkarte liegen könnte.

LR uses a machine-learning algorithm (AI) for Select Subject and Select Sky, and these kinds of algorithms run much faster on the GPUs (graphics processors) of graphics cards.

Ich habe gelesen, dass du das selbe Problem hattest wie ich gerade. Ich finde aber die Grafikkarten nicht um zu schauen, ob sie aktiv sind. Kannst du mir da weiterhelfen? Hat es bei dir vorher funktioniert und dann auf einmal auch nicht mehr?

@samsf17678611 Please don't reactivate older posts. This thread is more than two years old. During this time, development has progressed considerably and this has resulted in completely different conditions.

 

Unfortunately you haven't also given us any information about your system. Therefore, all proposed solutions are a look into the crystal ball.

It is not enough to just write "I have the same problem". We need information about the appropriate system. Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
