I have recently updated to Lightroom classic cc. When I select a jpg from my catalogue or collection and open it in the develop module I get a pop up on the picture that says " file access was denied" This only happens with the jpgs and not my raw files. What can I do to get access to these pictures?
hi Mohit
Sorry for taking so long to get back, been out of town. I have just opened my Lightroom and surprisingly all my jpegs are fine again. I have gone back and forth from library to develop module and everything seems normal again. I really don't understand. I will attack an image of my develop module so you can see a bit of what was happening, unfortunately it doesn't show the whole of the page.
Thanks for you assistance anyway.Cheers Stove

Hi stove,
Can you please share the screenshot of the error which you are getting while opening the jpeg files in Lightroom Classic CC.
Also, please let us know the location where you saved the original files. Do you have a proper read and write access to that specific folder?
Regards,
Mohit
