Files from a crashed EHD

I am currently matching up files from a crashed 'WD My Passport' EHD that was last used in LR 4 to my current 'Lacie' EHD in LR Classic CC. Everything is fine except the files are still showing an exclamation point, and when I click on it, I get the following message and I'm not sure what to choose:

"The metadata for this photo has been changed by both Lightroom and another application. Should Lightroom import settings from disk or overwrite disk settings with those from the catalog?"

Any suggestions/answers??
