Flagged on Import

I've been using Lighroom since it's inception. I have never had this happen before today. All my images have flags on them when I import them. It's easy to select all and hit the "U" key fo remove but why did this just start happening?

1. In the import screen, are any presets applied?

2. In /preferences/presets/raw defaults/ are you applying camera specific settings? Perhaps a preset.

It was pilot error. I was importing images from another photographer and of course LR held all her flagged photos. I simply had to "select all" and hit the "U" key to remove. Duhhhhhh!
