Folders panel doesn't update after generating a LR Denoise DNG

LR Classic 12.5, MacOS VEntura 13.5.2, MBP M1 64GB/2TB storage

I am in one of my folders that resides on the MBP internal SSD. I am using the new Denoise function in the detail panel to generate an denoised DNG from my Fujifilm RAW .RAF file.

The process works fine but the new DNG does not appear in the folder containing the original RAW file. When I go into Import and search for that file, it doesn't appear.

However, when I look at that folder in Finder, I do see the "missing" DNG.

Sometimes that missing DNG  will show up after 5-10 minues. The LR folder will update if I close LR completely and restart it.

Is there a way to correct this?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

The same oddity occurs in my Collections list. A new collection may not show up until I restart LR. The Filter Collections box doesn't show it after creating but I know it's there as I get a warning if I try to create a new collection with the same name.

The enhanced DNG shows up immediately. The catalog with the problem (which inadvertently has the word "corrupt" although it works fine otherwise) has 107,000 images.  Is that size playing a role?

Size shouldn't be the issue. I have a much larger catalog. Corrupt catalogs can still work, it's that the corrupted tables aren't causing an issue as yet. But they may at some point.

Consider importing your catalog into a new one, or try exporting a catalog from the current one and then using that. Optimise and check integrity as part of that process. It'll probably take a while. Importing will lock up the catalog, while Exporting shouldn't.
