I am geotagging my images in LR CC but they are not showing in the metadata in Bridge or Photoshop.  Someone please help?  Are these only supposed to show in LR? if so, what's the point?

Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

LR 9.2

Bridge 9.1.0.338

If a photo is showing GPS coordinates in LR's Metadata panel, those coordinates will only appear in Bridge if you first do Metadata > Save Metadata To File in LR (or you set the option Catalog Settings > Metadata > Automatically Write Changes Into XMP).

If you select the photo in LR and do Photo > Edit In > Edit In Adobe Photoshop, the GPS coordinates will appear in PS in File > File Info > GPS Data. But if you invoke PS on the photo via Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer, or you do File > Open inside PS, the GPS coordinates won't appear in PS unless you first do Save Metadata To File in LR.
