Hello, It is not often that I post an issue, but I am helping one of my students who has a technical problem with Lightroom Classic. She is running the most current version. She is on a new DELL All-In-One computer. It has the Nvidia Graphics card as well as Intel Graphics. Lightoom is choosing the Nvidia GPU.
Here is the test problem. Any time she chooses in the Develop Module, BLUR Background, the program comes back with a dialog box that says Something Went Wrong. Then, when I go to Preferences, Performance, it shows, the GPU disabled, and says there was an error in the Nvidia Driver. We have re-installed Lightroom Classic, Created a new Catalog, and reset the configuration file. We also have updated the Nvidia Driver from the Nvidia Website. That did help the performance issues but still did not resolve the technical issues with LR. There are other issues also in the develop module that result in LR Hanging.
These issues did not occur till recent updates. I feel the AI or changes in the Develop module have become more GPU intensive and are now beyond the ability of her new computer.
I am including the System Information below. Any suggestions will help. Should I roll her back to previous version of LR Classic and turn off updates till this can get resolved? Or now it the new version of LR Classic beyond her computer?

It looks like the only troubleshooting step you haven't tried is disabling the integrated Intel GPU. Try disabling it as described in step 6 of solution 4 in this article:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-4
If that doesn't help, try unplugging the external display to see if that helps.
"DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce MX330 (32.0.15.6590)
Dedicated GPU memory used by Lightroom: 397.4MB / 1968.4MB (20%)"
That graphics chip was announced over four years ago, and it has just the minimum required amount of graphics memory (2 GB), which is really just a recommendation, so that conceivably be the cause of the issue.
