A simpler method is to use the File Manager program included in your OS, Finder on Mac OS X or Windows/File Explorer on Windows,  to Copy (That is COPY) the original RAW images from the folder they are stored in to a USB stick. No need to use LR for this type of operation and you are better off not using LR to do this.

You marked the appropriate picture(s) and click on the menu File - Export. In the dialog you choose as destination the USB stick.
