I used to be able to group into a stack in my Library and now it's not possible for some reason. I highlighted the two images I want to stack, right clicked, and there is no stacking option. Then I went to the top menu and clicked Photo>Stacking but then all the choices are greyed out.
I've done this many, many times before and it always worked. I'm on a Mac OS Catalina and LR Version 9.1.
Anybody have a solution?
Stacking is only available if you have selected a single folder ... or if you are in "All Photographs" view and the photos you want to stack are in the same folder.
You are in a publish service collection. Go into a proper folder.

Please tell us your Lightroom Classic version NUMBER and operating system version NUMBER. We need the version NUMBER and not words like "up-to-date" or "latest".
What "album options" are there that you see? Where are they?
Have you selected two or more images to stack?

I have the same issue. Definetly in a single folder view, images are definetly in the same folder. All stacking even the album options are greyed out. The only one which isn't is "Create a smart folder".
I am using the new Lightroom, and not Classic.
There are several other features that are greyed out, including the Target collection and it's hotkeys.
I have tried resetting the software, and do not have any custom hotkey setups for lightroom.
Any guidance on whats going wrong?
Much appreciated.

Your question is about Lightroom and not Lightroom Classic. You have posted in the wrong forum. Please post your question in the Lightroom (Ecosystem) forum
