For example world > country > town > street > restaurant > COLLECTION-NAME
Theres is another folder Business > kind > restaurant

How can I do to create an alias of COLLECTION-NAME in second folder restaurant ?

Collections do not have alias names.
Keywords do have synonyms (which sounds like the same thing as an alias).

A solution would be to create a Smart Collection, and then use the metadata in each image to target that image to that Smart Collection.
This would mean however that a little leg work would need to done with the metadata either during import or later.
In this instance for you "nothing ventured nothing gained" applies here perhaps!
You would however need to develop a collection naming system (nomenclature) as you cant duplicate names of course . . .
I hope this gives you an option.

Yes I do like that for the moment but I got 148K images to manage. And as you can imagine my Mac Pro and drobo take time (so much!) to display preview etc...
If there was alias it will be good as you can understand, like osx or else
I follow tips to increase speed all, from different site and its crazy now to work so I dont know how to do to increase my workflow speed.
Time is my priority
