Would really appreciate some help. Can not open Lightroom.
Error message says: Unexpected error opening catalog. Already deleted lock file and didn't work.

Please post a full-resolution screenshot of the entire error message.

Also, do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste here the first ten lines.
As your current catalog might not open, you may need to create a new catalog or use a different catalog, in order to click on Help in LrC.
To do that, hold down the CNTRL key (Windows) or OPT key (MAC) when starting LrC. An dialog screen will appear. Select appropriate selection.
