Although the HEVC video will preview in the lates LR, the videos are all washed out. Only VLC medea player will show it correctly.
This is an Windows 11 (vers. 22631.3593)

That misbehavior doesn't occur with my HEVC videos, and if it it were a widespread problem, there would be many reports here about it. To narrow down the issue and identify solutions, upload a sample video to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar, and we can see if the issue occurs on other installations or is specific to yours.

The screenshots show the problem clearly. But since there aren't widespread reports about this here and the symptoms can't be easily reproduced (yet), it's important to have a sample video showing the issue -- otherwise, Adobe won't pay any attention.

I guess the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is relatively new, with the video format H.265 not compatible with all systems. Even with the latest codec from Microsoft, none of the Windows apps will show it correctly - all washed out. The VLC player is the only exception.
Changed the format to H.264 for the time being
