Horizontal Scrolling with Mouse Wheel button

One of the features I use a lot is horizontal scrolling in the bottom photo strip in the Develop module in Lightroom Classic. The horizontal scroll using the mouse wheel button (left and right, NOT up and down) - does not work in Lightroom Classic. Can Adobe please implement this functionality? Many applications I know support this basic feature. Please provide it as an update in the next release. If I am missing a setting, please let me know.

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Classic horizontal scrolling issue in Develop module. Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom Classic and the operating system you're on? Are you able to use this horizontal scrolling in other apps? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Make sure your system, Graphics Processor and other Drivers are up to date.

Version of Lightroom Classic: 11.1 Release

The operating system you're on? Windows 11

Are you able to use this horizontal scrolling in other apps? YES for example, it works in Davinci Resolve, Audacity, etc.

Since when have you been seeing this issue? Always - this feature never worked

Make sure your system, Graphics Processor and other Drivers are up to date.- Yes they are, I am using NVDA studio drivers running an RTX 3080

Also I want to be clear that manual horizontal scrolling using the scrollbar works. Its just that the horizontal scrolling using the mouse wheel (center) button does not work - this is trigerred by pressing the mouse wheel button to the left or right.  I believe that functionality (horizontal scrolling) is not implemented in Lightroom.
