How can I get the black and white "Punch" filter from Lightroom 6 into Classic?

I used to love the old black and white punch filter on Lightroom 6 or earlier, and it doesn't seem to hit the same in Lightroom Classic. But now I can't access Lightroom 6 either to try and re-create it. Can someone attach the old Lightroom 6 punch filter so that I can import it into Lightroom Classic?
