If I want to print my own canvas split on my Epson SureColor P800, I'm trying to figure out how to crop taking into account the 1.5" wrap bars.  Anyone have any print templates to do it?  Other suggestions?

The placement of the images on the canvas is not going to be pixel precise. You likely do want a tiny bit of overlap. Try here: Splits, Clusters & Wall Collages — Bay Photo Lab – Bay Photo Lab

I've looked at Bay Photo before.  I don't want to pay them to print it.  I'm trying to print it myself.  Thanks anyway.

I think you will need Photoshop for this.

Use three Virtual Copies in Lightroom- each cropped to a portion for each split.

Edit each VC in Photoshop adding wrap borders/margins or whatever you need for the canvas.

Print from Photoshop.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 14.0, Photoshop 26.0, ACR 17.0, Lightroom 8.0, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.0, Windows-11.
