How to stop Lightroom from automatically opening import window whenever I connect an external HDD

If Lightroom Classic is open when I connect an external HDD, it automatically opens the import window. How do I stop this behavior? The only solution I could find is to uncheck "show import dialog when a memory card is detected" in the preferences menu, but that's compeltely unhelpful since that was already unchecked.

Go to Windows AutoPlay settings, and set them up like below.
